Each bag of our Linden flower and leaf tea is hand-picked, sorted and packed. We weight out the 3.5 ounces of flower with the bract still attached before we cut it. This will guarantee you get every part of the flower and bract.
Settling is normal so please shake the bag before use.
*There may be what appear to be sticks in the tea but these are not sticks. They actually are part of the bract of the flower. This is to be expected of any Linden flower tea.
Instructions: Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over 1-2 tsps. of tea. Allow to steep for 10 to 15 minutes. If a stronger tea is desired steep longer or even overnight. Add sweetener if desired and lemon. Enjoy
