Mullein Leaf: has wonderful expectorant properties and is an Anti-inflammatory
 
Chamomile flower: Is a calming and has a mild sedative effect, which can help in reducing coughs and reflex sensitivity and promoting relaxation.
 
Linden Flower: Can help suppress the cough reflex, reducing the frequency and intensity of coughing. It also contains mucilage, which coats and soothes the throat, reducing irritation
 
Marshmallow root: Is a Demulcent and rich in mucilage, which forms a protective layer on the mucous membranes of the throat and respiratory tract, soothing irritation and reducing dry cough.
How to Prepare the Tea:
Method: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of the herbal mixture in a cup of hot water for 15-20 minutes, covered.
Usage: Drink the tea 2-3 times a day, especially before bedtime if coughing disrupts sleep.
Precautions:
Steep over night to have a stronger effect.
