As with all herbal remedies, please be consistent when taking them and allow the herbs to work with your body. You will see best results with this product within 8 weeks of consistent use.
 
Instructions: Start with 2 droppers full (1/4 tsp each) 3 times a day. Slowly work up to about 4 droppers full, 3 times a day. If that feels like to much go back to the previous dosage. You may need to find the right dose that works for you. Not everybody will respond the same.
